Who the Generous Geeks Are:

Andy Walker Founder & CEO
Andy Walker started working in technology at the birth of the consumer Internet, when he produced the first Canadian-sponsored content on Prodigy in 1994. In 1995, he was a key force in putting Southam Inc, Canada's largest newspaper chain on the Web. While at Southam New Media (today known as CanWest Digital Media), he engineered what have become some of the busiest journalism web sites in Canada. He was also a key architect of Canada.com training the launch team in web technologies and designing and deploying the sites first interactive features. Learn more about him at Andy Walker.
Ted Gallardo - Operations and Affiliate Manager
Ted Gallardo began working with Andy Walker in March 2005 and eventually took on the role of forums master. He subsequently took on the roles of Systems Manager, Content Contributor and Technical Editor for Cyberwalker Media Inc. Gary has worked in the IT and telecoms industry for over 15 years. His experience spans many fields, from IC manufacturing to infrastructure protection. Gary has worked and thought so far outside the box for so many years that he can no longer find it or remember what colour it was painted.
Steve Huntriss - Designer and Illustrator
Responsible for the design of the GenerousGeek site, Steve has over ten years design and illustration expertise. He's been pushing pixels ever since he got his hands on his first computer - a Vic 20, in nineteen-eighty-something. He's moved on to be a diehard Mac user, though he's quite comfortable in front of a PC, too. He now resides in Toronto, after moving half way around the world from the South Coast of New South Wales in Australia.
