1. I can’t find a particular program. Can you recommend something?
Yes, email us using our Contact form, there is a link at the top of the page, and we’ll try to help you find what you are looking for.
2. Do you sell software on this site?
No, we refer you to a site that does. When you buy and download software it is not through GenerousGeek.com. We refer you to a site that makes the sale.
3. What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
Make contact with the vendor through which you purchased the software. If you are uncertain who that is send us an email (via our Contact form) and we will find the contact for you so you can make contact with them. Should you have trouble we will make an effort to use our contacts to ensure you get a response.
4. I purchased Driver Detective. Where is my activation code?
Usually within an hour of your purchase, you will get the activation code via e-mail.
5. I am a software publisher who would like to have my software carried on your site. How do I go about making this happen?
We would like you to sign up with either RegNow, ClickBank or LinkShare. After doing so, please inform us as to which company you signed up with, by emailing us using our Contact form.

7. Some titles do not have a deeper discount, why?
While we make every effort to offer as many titles as we can with a deeper discount, some of our vendors only offer a fixed discount for certain titles.
8. A title I saw a short time back is not available now, what happened?
Some of our titles are promotional items with expiration dates, that item may have been removed since it reached the expiration date associated with it.
9. My coupon does not work, what can I do?
Please send us an e-mail via our Contact form, listing the link to the page with the coupon along with the name of the product where your coupon did not work. We will investigate and get back to you within approximately 24 to 48 hours.
10. Do you provide tech support for the items sold via your affiliates?
No we do not provide tech support for the items sold through our affiliates. It is best to contact the software developer or hardware manufacturer directly for those type of questions.
11. I don't see the answer to my question listed here?
